Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states from our Harrisonville, Missouri studio. Because each piece is prepared and inspected by hand, orders typically leave our studio within 5–7 business days of confirmation. Larger pieces ship via freight and is scheduled with you directly.

• Small items: 3–6 business days in transit (tracked ground).
• Larger pieces such as beds and cat towers: 1–3 weeks in transit, delivered by appointment.
• Shipping fees are quoted per order based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Order confirmation

After you submit an inquiry, we send a written confirmation including product, price, lead time, shipping cost, and any applicable Missouri sales tax before any payment is taken.

Returns & exchanges

We stand behind every piece we ship. If a product arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.

• Items must be unused and in original condition, in original packaging where possible.
• Custom, made-to-order, and personalized pieces are final sale.
• Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.

Damaged in transit

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, keep the packaging and email photos to contact@kalaciah.store within 48 hours so we can file a claim and make it right.
